Busy Bees Benefits Maintains Quality Management Standard
Employee benefits provider, Busy Bees Benefits is delighted to have retained its ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
ISO 9001 sets out the requirements of a quality management system and is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, services which consistently meet customer’s requirements, leadership, internal processes, effective decision making and ensuring that quality is consistently improved.

Maintenance of this rigorous standard demonstrates Busy Bees Benefits’ efficiency and effectiveness and our commitment to customers, ensuring they receive good quality service which is clear and consistent.”
The company was audited in January 2014 by an independent auditor who confirmed that the company’s quality management system is working well.
